This mythical book is nowadays very difficult to find, although it served for many years as an introduction to the Biscayan dialect (rather divergent from the unified Batua norm), using the Sabinian orthography. Even if the topics are a bit outdated, the dialectal Basque here described is rich and actual, and not so extrem from a Batua perspective.
