Be careful what you wish for, goes the saying. Along with some friends here, I was deploring the lack of materials in older Javanese script(s).So, I was very happy to find this one, also because I don't have a good Javanese dictionary. But there is some reason for bitterness: it's one of those g!@%gle books, so the scan is done lovelessly, with occasional strange angles and missing pages. More seriously, the Javanese is quite hard on the eyes and there is no transcription. Yet, it's good to have it and I'm sure you'll agree. I hope I can find the chrestomathie by the same author eventually. If there is popular request, I'll post his grammaire javanaise as well.
