This book closely follows in its structure the Assimil method. It mainly teaches the Guipuzcoan dialect, even if some other variants occasionally appear. It uses the old-fashioned "Sabinian" orthography (accented r's instead of rr and so on) and there are no "h", hence reflecting a linguistic model previous to the unified Batua variety.

In spite of the orthographical issue and of the rather outdated topics, the language here described is 80-90% batua.
